Brief Vision-Casting Talks
A LostSheep missionary can do a talk at your church sharing about the ministry, the biblical ideas of radical hospitality and stories of the lives God has changed
In-depth Training
In-depth training has two distinct components: First, a group of mature Christians partnering together to spread the burden of ministry and second, a longer process of training to equip them to be highly competent in ministering to non-believers through hospitality
Potential 5 Phases of In-depth Training
Phase 1. Vision Casting & Recruitment
- A church asking for the training will begin casting the vision using LostSheep videos during announcements and bulletin inserts
- "Family" groups are formed of 6-8 mature Christians who act as one "Family" eating & doing ministry together
Phase 2. Online Class & Soft Opening
- They take an online 15 week class together to shift their worldview and train them in practical steps
- Each "Family" (of 6-8 mature Christians) begin meeting twice a month without inviting anyone as a practicum to begin practicing hospitality, transparency working out assignments from class
Phase 3. Weekend Seminar
A LostSheep missionary trains the families at an intensive weekend seminary
Phase 4. Invite non-Christians to Family Dinner
Each Family invites 3-4 non-Christians to family dinners
Phase 5. Ongoing Mentoring
A LostSheep missionary continues to walk with the families as they implement the ministry via a twice a month video conference call
